Visitor Transit Information
Most students, faculty, and staff find that public transit is the most convenient and economical way to get to campus. Avoid the parking headaches; downtown Portland and PSU is serviced by many forms of transit. What's more, Transportation & Parking Services offers special discounted passes for students (FlexPass) and faculty/staff (Passport).

If you are familiar with bus service to PSU, use TriMet's Trip Planner to find your way (enter "PSU" as your destination).

MAX trains offer express service between outlying areas to downtown. While service does not come directly to campus (the closest stop is at Pioneer Square, Broadway & Morrison, 10 blocks north of PSU), your cross-city trip to PSU is quick and convenient. Use TriMet's Trip Planner to find out how.
PSU's Campus is the central destination of the Portland Streetcar's service between NW 23rd Ave and the new Riverplace Complex.

Even if you cannot make your trip entirely via transit, you can also use one of the many park & rides offered by TriMet throughout the city. These sites offer free parking for up to 24 hours and transit connects these lots directly to downtown Portland.
