Guest Parking Options for Department Events

There are four options for how you can arrange for permits and pay for your guest(s) parking:

1. Provide a list of attendees and billing information. List will be given to parking attendant at the location of your choice and individuals on the list will be given complimentary parking. Bill is based on number of permits issued. Complete list must be provided 2 business days in advance of the event.

2. Allow parking attendant to give complimentary permits to individuals with an invitation to the event or who merely state that they are attending the event. Bill based on number of permits issued.

3. Create a parking pass or we can create one for you, approved and stamped by TAPS, and distriibute to guests. Bill based on permits distributed.

4. Purchase 'Guest Scratchoff Passes' for $6 each. These passes can be given to guests and are scratched off by the guest the day that they are used.
