If you would like to contest a citation you may submit a petition online (form available below). Petitions must be filed within 14 days of the original citation. If a petition is not filed within this time limit it will be automatically denied.
Please make sure to supply all relevant information in your petition including any proof you can provide to support your argument (such as proof of payment). Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for a ruling, notification will be sent to you by e-mail.
If you need to attach documents to your petition, please fill out the form below, then click Print and Submit Offline. You will be provided with your filled out petition form in PDF format. Attach your documents and submit in person to Transportation & Parking Services in the Neuberger Hall Lobby. You can also mail in your petition with attachments to:
