Recieved a parking citation like the one pictrured below?
You can pay in person at Transportation & Parking Services in the Neuberger Hall lobby or by mail using this address:

When paying via US Mail, please include the citation number(s) on your check or money order; do not send cash.
If your citation does not clearly say "PORTLAND STATE UNIVERSITY" and you received a citation on the street near campus, it may be from the City of Portland Parking Enforcement.
Petition Your Citation
Within 14 days of the citation, you may request that the citation fee be reduced or waived by submitting an official petition. Please read and follow the instructions on our citation petition page.
Please do not include payment if you are submitting a petition.
Parking Regulations
Due to the limited parking availability at PSU, parking areas are monitored thoroughly. Parking citations will be issued to any vehicle in violation of parking regulations as outlined in Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 577, Division 70. Fees have been established for most PSU violations.
Citations that are not paid within 30 days will be billed to the vehicle's registered owner (based on the Department of Motor Vehicles). Unpaid citations are subject to billing and interest fees. At minimum, a $5 billing fee is assessed to outstanding citations every 30 days. If PSU cannot collect a fine it will be turned over to a third party collection agency who will add additional fees.
Account Privacy
All account information including name, contact, license plate, permit history, citation history and account balances are kept private by PSU. This information is only used for business purposes and is not disclosed to individuals other than the account holder. A valid account number, license plate or citation number must be provided in order to obtain any of the information listed above or information deemed private to the account by PSU staff.
